The word “Providore” refers to one who makes provisions, and over the years, that is what we have sought to do.

Our focus on sustenance and creating experiences centred around good food and drink has since led us on a journey to become one of the leading food and lifestyle brands in the industry. We are tremendously proud of the community that has come alongside us and what we’ve grown to become.

One of the questions we ask perennially is “How can this be better?” and this appetite for discovery has been a key driving force behind all that we do – from the items on our menus, to our efforts in working towards a greener future.
